What if…You use those sleepless nights to visualise a better life for yourself…?

We’ve all had them.. those sleepless nights where you simply cannot get back to sleep. A trillion thoughts spinning around in your mind in an endless loop. These nights can be tortuous or perhaps they can be used to start creating a better life for yourself. It’s much nicer and kinder to spend 3 hours of nightly awake time pondering changes you might like to make than staying trapped in a realm of what if scenarios that haven’t even happened. Remember to keep it simple; decide to cancel that appointment you really don’t want to attend, choose to research that longed for yoga or martial arts class. Think about friends that you would like to reconnect with. It’s not about massive changes. It’s about taking small, manageable steps forward.. Getting up in the morning might start feeling a bit more energised vs draining. Try it..
